Weird Electrical Problems

Good afternoon everyone,
For the past few weeks, the X has been giving me strange problems, all seeming to have started simultaneously.
- When I use the rear window switches sometimes (but not always) the front wipers will turn on as well.
- Occasionally the Bi-xenon’s will flicker so bad as to turn off for a second or so
- Really strange behavior from my LED interior lights (the ziza kit) like flickering at different frequencies

I’ve been under the impression that it’s a battery problem, but the battery light is no where to be found and the voltages seem to all be within standards. Any advice would be great!

PS. One of my xenon’s seems to have a yellow hue to it, I assume that means it needs to be replaced soon, right?

P.P.S. - On one of my headlights, one of the two top tabs where you bolt it to the body is broken, can I replace that black shroud or do I have to replace the whole assembly?
