Manual Climate control repair
Has anyone successfully repaired the MANUAL climate (a/c) controls. The main problem is the air selector knob. The .01 cent plastic tab broke and the metal arm won't stay in place.
A new one from BMW costs $450 !!! part # 64116916654

I fixed mine by buying a used one off ebay.
I believe it's the IHKR version vs the IHKA if memory serves me correctly. Depending on what shows up in the photos Andrew requested, there are several ways to attempt to fix plastic repairs.
