IFH-0003

Hello all,

I知 back again inquiring about the ole X5. So as you all could tell from the title, I知 getting the dreaded IFH-0003 when I run diagnostics on INPA. It all started while ago when I replaced the rear ride height sensors and wanted to clear that pesky suspension inactive light. When I ran INPA, it would give me the fault code of IFH-0003. I致e gone through the process of setting my COM to COM1, uninstall reinstall drivers, and took a test light to every single fuse in the car including where the DME is at. The list goes on. After awhile of diagnosing, I gave up. One day I got the bright idea of taking it to a local mechanic who is bmw certified, and when he plugged his computer in, it did the same. So that shoots out the idea of bad cable. At this point, I知 worried a DME is in store. Is there a way to test continuity to the OBD pins? Also, I forgot to mention this X5 does not have the 20-pin under the hood. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Benjamin
