Front Bumper Cover/Valance Questions

My son's 2001 is back from the shop with a new rear subframe and a new set of tires. Don't ask how much that set me back. It was ugly.


He also damaged the front bumper cover in our driveway. He brushed up against my other sons car and it developed a significant crack. I pulled it off and attempted a repair, but it had been damaged previously and the second repair didn't take.


On to the questions, having originated in Michigan his car has the headlamp washers and the Parking Distance Control sensors on the current bumper. Is there a separate cover p/n for these features? Can I pick up a used bumper or new aftermarket part and just drill holes?
