Had Direct Tire do the installation - I've always had great service with these guys. Anyhow, I'm planning to get up at 5am tomorrow morning to find a good place to bed them in. So far I've only driven a few miles with them and I haven't done enough braking to make a good evaluation just yet. I'll post again after I bed them in to share my impressions. I've spent a lot of time and elbow grease cleaning up my summer wheels (see my avatar) so I vowed I wouldn't put them on until I got the dustless pads - I hope they're as dustless as has been reported - about 95% I'm hoping - I'll let you guys know.
So far I didn't really notice any difference in pedal feel and no noise - so I'm off to a good start. I'm planning to follow Dave Z's bedding instructions to the "T". Anybody have any last minute additional advice?
BTW - reading this board is what helped me make the decision to go with Axxis pads - just wanted to say "thanks again" to all the contributors...
BTW2 - talked w/Dave Z. directly when I ordered the pads - super guy & more than willing to answer questions and offer detailed info! It was a real pleasure working with him.
