Relay Sticking??

Hi,

Still working through some gremlins on the N62 4.4 2004 and am back from another YouTube rabbit hole.. I have got the following errors and was thinking of swapping out the relay/s. I am hoping it is the fuel one as sometimes I get crank, no start (from reading here it is the K96 relay in the glovebox - might try and find that and swap it behind the fusebox).

It looks like the codes are telling you there is a problem in the GMIII module. Looks like only one occurance ??

Yep. That’s what it looks like. Seems easy enough to get to, but will have to work out how to code it.

X5chemist will become famous soon enough
GMIII relays are difficult if not impossible to replace, right? The GMIII in mine had amp draws, blowing fuses, and erratic behavior. Ended up replacing it with an ebay replacement and coded. 4,000+ trouble free miles and everything works.

I like the sound of that. Will pull out the old one to confirm part number and order a replacement. Might solve a few other gremlins too. Seems like recoding should be pretty easy.
