Reinforcement plate access cover - are they sold individually somewhere?

I am looking for the access plate that open for the oil change. I can't seem to find a part number for it.

Does it only come with a brand new protection plate?

My 2006 X5 M54 was bought in 2014. It did not come with this cover.
I did not know that this part exists lol...

Anyway, I personally would ignore this part.
Not crtitical and w/o it, engine oil change is faster ha...
