Weird end of rev rumble.

For about 2 weeks now, I have noticed a weird rumble when stopping or if I rev it in park. As I rev it to 2 or 3 then near the end of it going back to idle I hear a weird rumble. I uploaded the audio to youtube so that you can hear. i put the phone right under the transmission.

I looked and doesnt have any visible vibrations. I just started it cold and the noise wasnt there. So i guess it something that appears when warm.

DISA was replaced with about 12k miles on it and I don't hear the standard flapping/rattle noise from it.

Vanos unit was replaced about 8k miles ago.

It sounds like its something from under the car because when I have someone rev it while I'm in the engine bay I don't hear it as much as I do from under the car.

I did a google search about the air idle valve. The car doesnt any symptoms fron the list. Never stalls, idle is quiet and isnt rough. Honestly just gonna let it go for now. I just drove it 20 mins ago and the noise isnt present. Im just gonna let it go for now and see of it gets worse or if i get an warning lights. Cuz car is running fine just noise was bothering me.
