rubber/gasket replacement in back window triangle

Hi,

Has anyone replaced the rubber that goes between the glass and the metal that forms that triangle in the rear door windows?

Is it these part #s: 51348402576 and 51348402575?

There is a thread here somewhere dealing with this. I don’t think it’s a small job, but certain doable. I’ve got two new ones sitting in my parts bin (laundry room, actually) waiting for time to get into it. Let us know how it goes!

Ah.... Thanks for the links. It sounds like a lot of work. Ugghhh... I think for now I am just going to see if I can put a bead of black silicone in there so it does not leak.
