Wrong values for MAF and boost?
I'm not sure the values i get via odb scanners are correct. The variation seems to make sense, but the value of 200g/sec seems a bit excessive (I've found that it should be more around between 2 and 20, not 200). Is my MAF shot and needs replacement? When i disconnect it i get 199g/sec. Also are turbo reading looking fine? Around 22psi at full throttle seems correct but i might have a slight leak somewhere (hissing at low rpm). ![]() Thanks Last edited by grounch; 04-29-2023 at 05:10 AM. |

Diesels are rare over here.
How many codes are present? I have no idea on fuel measurements for a diesel. What are your operation symptoms?

I don't have any code related to the maf, only the egr (because it's deleted).
The symptom is power loss under load. For example i floor it to merge on the highway, let of the gas, then floor it again and nothing happens. The car downshift but doesn't rev/accelerate. Also have another issue with same scenario, except when i floor it, it hesitate to downshift for couple of secs with a rattling/ticking noise, then accelerate normally but with a little more black smoke than usual.. |

I'd share it if I had any - don't have any handy tools for reading these values.
I'll try OBDFusion on the MAF but I know it won't show boost pressure - although INPA will do those.
