Transmission Cooler Line Release clips? (not the tool)

I had the same problem on a Volvo and by some miracle found this:

It's not identical but maybe some of the keywords in the description you might find somebody sells an equivalent repair part. Also look into harbor freight fuel line disconnect tools the release mechanism is similar though not thin enough you'd have to sand/grind it down to fit inside.

I'd prob make an equivalent release from a sheet of brass or stainless, it would not be very difficult.
