Losing a ton of functionality without the EHC system IMO. For example, did you know the bags are actively working depending on what the body is doing? Accelerating hard will cause the bags to kick in to prevent the rear from squatting down. I would definitely put the system back together and in 20 years the only thing i have done is changed 1 leaking air bag (with arnott sport bags BTW).

Went and got the entire system, yesterday. $118! Fortunately, my ride level sensors are still intact, but I grabbed the ones from the donor for spares. I ended up taking the bags as well when I realized they were holding air and were only $40. Might as well use them? I can't get over how easy they are to replace! CRAZY!

I'm going over to my brother-in-laws to throw it on the lift and get the bags installed. Everything else went in yesterday.

Anyone interested in a nice aluminum running board set up? They are on this donor car. Damn shame to see this X there. Someone took care of it until they didn't.

Got it all installed! Hardest part was getting the springs out!

I was sweating it there for minute. Got it all connected and nothing. I did make sure to grab the module from the donor car and plugged that in! HELLO! We have power! lifted quickly and stayed put!

From my short drive home, I did feel like it was a bit stiffer, which surprised me. I thought it may be just the opposite.

While under the car, found that the left front axle boot is torn and I have a leak from my P/S reservoir. Just replaced all of the lines thinking that it was one of the lines. Nope. Looks like the reservoir is cracked at the connection for the larger hose. I just replaced that! Ugh. Oh, well. FCP warranty to the rescue!

Once I get the axle and leak dealt with, I'll take her out on the twisty's and see how it feels.
