Will a 14.0 Inch Diameter Brake Disc Fit on my 2004 4.4i?

I don't have an answer for you, but stock is:
332-mm/13.1-in. ventilated front
324-mm/12.8-in. solid rear

You might know this already, but it might help someone in getting your answer.

I just want to know if i can upgrade from 13.1-in to 14.0-in

An X5 owner from another forum was successful in installing 380mm(14.96") in the front, and 345mm(13.58") rotors in the rear rolling with 19" Y spokes.

So the answer to your question is yes.
