Left side mirror does not set it back in position
When making Reverse shift note side mirrors assume a Looking down position to help the driver to make the drive back but when shift is in set back in drive position the right side mirror does not set itself in the original position. Legt side mirror moves correctly back in the original position.
Anyone experience this and know solution? Thank you Inviato dal mio iPhone utilizzando Tapatalk |

Only the passenger side should dip. It won't if the adjustment choice slider is on passenger side.

I had this problem once...went through a couple of mirrors once the culprit was the connectors, them the printer line, in the end I found the simplest cause...a weak charged car battery. So much for the BMW calls for the various components to function properly on a strong battery...of course this is my experience.

The passenger side mirror dip as expected when on reverse gear. But it does not set in original position when exiting from reverse gear. The side mirror moves in a casual position when it tries to get back at the originale position.

I think the pots that give feedback for position get dirty, I just leave mine turned off.
