I can safely state that the pre-LCI "comfort" seats are nothing like a La-Z-Boy! Flat, hard, and unpleasant for long drives. I shoulda yanked the post-LCI non-sport seats out of the smashed X5 at the local junkyard when I had the chance, but it's long gone.
