fuse problem...?
Alright, so every time I plug my radar detector into the cigarette lighter it blows the fuse. This only happens after I've re-started the car, meaning I can unplug it and plug it in later without a problem if the car has stayed on the whole time. I've replaced the fuse twice now, and I wondered what the deal might be, if anybody had any ideas? The radar detector (passport x50) works fine, and the cord is still intact and everything.

Are you saying that the cigarette lighter now won't work? If so, the same thing just happened to me (just started a new thread). I'll keep an eye on this thread too.

yeah, it doesn't work because the fuse gets blown the first time I plug my radar detector, just a fuse replacement though.
