CD changer?

I just received my CD changer and I pluged the 3 pin power cable and coax audio cable, and there' nothing going on. Any advice?
Oh, CD changer is brand new.

Check the 3-pin cable, the brown wire must be in the #1 position (not in the middle). The cables are usually located in the lower right hand corner of the cargo area door.

The brown wire is on the position #1, but I don't have the power in the changer. It doesn't make any sound when is pluged, and I can't take the discs out.

Last thing would be to check the fuse in the changer (backside).

there should be a fuse puller in the fuse panel in your glovebox, those can be used.
