http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1140392367101

About to buy/install this thing ... any thoughts about using it to output video from my new ipod video to my gps screen? on the other hand, i'm sure the ipod screen, althoguh smaller, is much better than my gps screen so i probably shouldn't bother should i.....

Not gonna happen with that kit. I would recommend the DICE setup and the VSM to get full ipod integration, as well as iPod video content on the NAV screen.

Video Source Module (VSM) for BMW - Core System

I'm assuming you are referring to the stock NAV screen as gps.
