2004 4.4ia V8 any good??? help

hi guys, I just found a 2004 X5 4.4ia airmatic suspention + sat nav tv + comfort seats etc... got stock 17" alloys on it but gonna convert it to 4.8is version inculuding the wheels and the body kit

here is the link and pls tell me what u think about, I know the market prices, so it's very reasonable. And 2004s got the new 4.4 315hp and 0-100km 7sec Vmax 240km/h I think stil kicks most sporty cars as an SUV.
