Question about Sport Package on 4.4...seats

I've noticed that some used 2005 4.4 X5s out there have the Sport Package steering wheel, but do not have the Sport Package front seats?

How is that possible?

Some folks order the comforts seats to replace the sport seats - that's what you're seeing. If I remember correctly, it's a $1200 option.

Correct! I have had both X5 with sport package. One had sport seats, the second had comfort seats plus sport package.

Are the comfort seats and different the the seats that come with the Non-Sport Package models? They look the same...

Thanks to both of you for the answers!

Comfort seats have an adjustable upper back section and the headrests look different. The overall back height is much higher. I really like mine.
