The spacer MUST sit flat and must be centered on the hub. Are you sure you have the right kit? Have a part number?

That is the same exact part number a number of us have. What is keeping the spacer from going all the way? Is the center ring on the spacer too small/tight, or are the HRE lug bolts too long, or what do you think?

the spacer ring seems to small to slide all the way to touch the hub. it stop halfway on the circular thing where the wheel would sit.

Spacer

The spacer needs to sit flush against the rotor hub. Th problem might be that the center bore on the spacer isn't wide enough in diameter and that is what is keeping it from sitting flush on the rotor.

Have you tried another wheel and another spacer? Could there be any corrosion or build up on the hub and ring? If so, make sure to remove it all. That can definitely interfere with the spacers (or your wheels) from fitting perfectly. I had to gently clean mine to get the spacers to seat perfectly flat.

Make sure the hub is very clean. Also use anti-sieze before putting the spacer, otherwise you will struggle(trust me) to take them out, when you have to. It sounds more like dirt on the hub otherwise wrong size spacer will not even go half-way.

cleaned it even used WD-40. But still the spacer wont go fully to touch the hub, it only goes half way. I tried doing it to another hub and still nothin worked same thing.

Is it possible that i got defected spacers? The part number on the spacers is excactly the same as on their website.
