press and hold the (speaking face) on the steering wheel until you hear the beep then say help you will hear the list

for example after the beep say dial number>>system will ask you to speek the number>>then you say it ...thats it

I've done all of this and nothing. I'm very techie and going to this was truely a last resort. There is something missing or not done on my car I presume.
