Is there a seperate washer fluid tank for the rear wiper?

Is there a seperate washer fluid tank for the rear wiper?

Ever since I bought my X5 back in febuary my rear window sprayer doesn't work. I'm not sure if the fill tank is empty of the pump is shot. Do all X5 have this or is it an option? I see the hole mounted near the 3rd brake light and push the arm on the steering column but no spraying?

ANy ideas...
