rebuilding transmission.

Hi All, well the old girl has been running great BUT the transmission was feeling klunky [ banging into gear reverse, and feeling shaky around slow turns, Indy guy says $4200 on the high side.
After rebuilding the engine and all the other suspension replacements I feel like I have to do it.
Looking forward to see the lists of parts replaced.
I hope after I replace the water pump[$800] and air shocks[$450] and rear ball joints[$800] and new rear rotors [$600]and that is it................
And they say boats are money pits...............
