Door panel removal question

Hello,

I've checked this article, and noticed that if I don’t disconnect the battery and you insert the key to raise/lower the window while the airbag is removed, the airbag light may illuminate and will require a service visit to reset.

I have annoying rattle sounds behind the door panel (I think), so I'd like to remove it and see if there is any loosen wire or clip.
if I fail to find it out, then I'd like to take a test drive without door panel,
so my question is, if there is anyway to drive while door panel and side airbag removed?
remove airbag fuse? would this work?

Thank you!

You really shouldn't need to remove the side airbag to do what you want to do

Unbolt the airbag without disconnecting the wires, carefully remove the covering (this can be done by working around the wire), and bolt the airbag back in place.

problem solved
