Extended Warranty

I just bought a 03 4.6 recently.My warranty expires in Aug.07.What are your feelings in buying a extended warranty.Is it worth it or should I just take my chances and pay if something goes wrong.What do you other forum members think.Thanks.Mileage is 20,000

I have the extended warranty and at 92,000 i think i might have finally broken even on what i paid for the actual warranty and how much the repairs have cost. Keep in mind that there is a $50 charge for all warranty work. I feel its there more for peace of mind if something big breaks like a tranny.

Motordavid you are right my friend but the longer you wait the more exspensive the extended warranty gets.Get it?

But, I'm not sure there is amazing new info to be had that wasn't
reported by all, in the previous threads of a few days ago.
