Won't unlock the passenger car door

Anyone have a problem with the car door unlock? I took me a few press on the console to get my passenger door to unlock, it is sound weird on passenger door when unlock ticking.....

I think that I've had similar problems with the rear door locks. Of course, I never believe my passengers when they say something on my X5 is not working. But, I may have it checked out.

This happened to me also. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the lock actuator. Fortunately it was covered under warranty, so I dont know what it costs to replace the actuator.
