AngeliBright Install Problems...HELP

Okay so I got my AngeliBrights today and began the install. Removed the passenger side panel and angel eye bulb. I left the bulb wired in so I could take before/after shots of the install. So I go over to my drivers side and turn the parking lights on. POOF The passenger side bulb does not turn on.

There's also a really loud clicking noise that comes on for 2-3 seconds when I turn the parking lights on. The sound is coming from the passenger side, like a solenoid or something that isn't catching. Then I get the "Check Side Lights" warning on my dash.

Can anyone help? Is it a fuse or something? Makes no sense, the only thing I did was remove the bulb.

Update: Just tried putting in the new AngeliBright in place of the old bulb and I get the same result. Nothing!

Also, can anyone who's installed these please tell me how in the hell you got the driver's side bulb in??

Sorry to hear about your troubles!!! Can't really help with the noise, as far as removing the driver side bulb, well just take your time lift the rubber hose up, stick your left hand in, undo the top clip, pull back, lift up a little(just enough to get it out of the bottom groove, and pull it towards the left side of the headlight!!!

Driver's side: I removed the three bolts on the (coolant overflow?) bracket and was then able to slip my hand down and remove the plastic cover on the back of the assembly. G/L

Ok guys, scratch my previous post. After a fuse change I got it figured out. Got the AngeliBrights in...and welp, not all that impressed. They're definitely not as bright as I expected, and I have a small flickering every 2-3 seconds. Not major flickering, but definitely a noticeable fluctuation in brightness.

The flickering is not normal, as we have had no reports of a problem such as this. Please email us at [email protected] for help.

As for brighntess, wait till dusk and night, they will look great. Because the OEM rings are not a direct light source themselves (oppossed to CCFL) there are physical limitations to how much light will appear to the human eye in the white light spectrum during the day.

Then you may have a connection issue--I don't think they flicker.

Yea I didn't think that was normal either. I'm waiting to see the results at night to see if the flicker is more noticeable and maybe I can videotape it.

Sorry to hear about your install issues, hope you can get them to work properly....The driver side is a pain, I had a mechanic help me, cuase I was having a hard time. I know I cheated but the guy used to work @ a BMW dealership and now works @ the same place that I work...
Not to jack your thread but my ibrights flicker when I first start my car in the morning (lights switch in off position) for about 3 to 5 secs, then they stop. If I star my car with the light switch in the on position they don't flicker at all...has anyone else experienced it.

I will definitely look at the AngeliBrights the next time to check for flickering. Although I do experience that with the LED backup bulbs I just purchased from JLeviSW!!! I wonder if that's normal or if it'll have any ill effect in the long run?????
