Looks like the trim is painted all around, and that exhaust is aftermarket I guess, but I don't know which brand

Yeah, the car was painted all around. As for the exhaust, I don't think it is anything but a tip, but I am not quite 100% sure.

I looked under the car at the BMW dealer a month ago, and the exhaust looks like this one :X5_world .
At this moment I love the look , the sound and the power of my X. In the future I want to add the facelift and the aerodynamic kit(2005) in the front of my X; , the back is just great the way it is. X5 4.4i Thank you all for answering  Sorry about the spelling!
