Success. Halogen to Xenon Conversion

I have finally succeeded in doing a Halogen to Xenon retrofit conversion. With a little patience and a lot of help from Zulu95, I now have OEM xenons in my E53.

Here are the pics:

Dude that looks nice!!! I like the color of your X5, what is it called?

I have halogens and I am to be doing this soon if I keep my X5 any longer. I am trying to get a 4.6, but who knows.

What was the hardest part with the upgrade?

My color is called Sienna Red. The upgrade is a very simply plug and play. The OEM Hella Ballasts Gen 3 already has a built in igniter so all you got to do is plug the low beam socket to the halo socket in the ballast and connect the bulb and the ground wire and you are all set. Total time is roughly 40 minutes.
