Maybe just different bolts? or do you think the acutal bar is different? Thanks Guys

I guess I don't quite understand your question. Are you talking about the nuts and bolts that come with the bull bar? I have not done it, but from what I understand, there is some drilling involved with the original bumper and with the aero kit.

I don't know about the aero kit but with the original bumper you have to drill the bumper. The bull bar will attach to the bumper, not the frame. I believe there is document DIY about this. I did it on my X5 with original bullbar.
