"PROG" sign on Dashboard
I recently disconnect/reconnect Nav computer and Display unit, after that whenever I turn on the engine, I see "PROG" sign on dashboard, however it just goes away after few seconds then back to normal. usually shows time first, but now it's like "PROG" then time. I couldn't find anything wrong with my nav system either. already checked manual, there are "Trans. Failsafe Prog" and "Engine Failsafe Prog" but I only see "PROG" what's that "PROG" sign means? Thank you guys! |

"Prog" comes up when you hold the BC button on the turn signal stalk. It subsequently allows you to select on the nav screen which obc functions you want displayed when you push the BC button...ie. Fuel Cons 1, Distance to desitination, Time, date, range, etc.

^ oh, but doesn't it comes up when I hold the BD button while engine is OFF? key position 1 or 2?
and my obc functions are already customized, should I re-setup this?

That's wierd, it comes up in ours with key position 2. I guess try re-setting up. Disconnecting the battery for sometime might help as well.
