Can't find all black grills for an '06 X5. Please help!

I've looked all over the place. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I don't think bimmian has grills for 2006 X5. You can just paint it. There is a article on home page for painting grills.

It's sooo easy to remove the grills and just paint them a flat black. Take your time and you have to shoot from different angles to get good coverage. let it try and repeat a few times. Then do the same with some clear coat.

The slats are relatively easy to paint but if you want to paint the chrome surrounds as well, they will have to be thoroughly prepped. That means sanding the "chrome" finish off.

Are they metal or plastic? If they're metal, I can have them powdercoated when they do the wheels but I have a funny feeling they're just plastic.

Traditionally, the grills are plastic. As for the sanding, it's not necessary to sand the chrome off. Just rough it up and spray on a coat or two of primer and it'll work. I did this for my M3.
