Has anyone bought and installed the BMW OEM aluminum pedals as shown in the BMW Accessories Catalog? Are these of any higher quality than the Asian made M-tec or Schnitzer clone pedals? Is there a BMW aluminum dead pedal also available? I'm seeing a price drop on these BMW parts, so I'm considering them over the clones. Thanks for any and all feedback.

cmyX6go will become famous soon enough
Mike,
I got the OEMs. They do have a dead pedal but it's sold separately. Part # is 51 47 0 390 284. Have no clue about the quality over the aftermarket.

There are some pics in the Roveractive's eBay auction:

There is another eBay sale where the same pedals are going for $77, but the pictures in the auction are funky.

I have a set of aftermarket "Alpina" pedals bought on eBay and they are of primo quality. I would not want to pay $1 more for OEM.

You can get from Good stuffs 4 U on Ebay. They have good products and quite a few of us have bought from them.

I've bought pedals sets from Goodstuffs4U in the past. The price is right and the quality is good. I'm searching for something different, but they're my fallback plan ($50 for the 3 pedal set) if I can't find something new and usual.

Hope you have a titanium drill bit for the brake pedal. It's a b!tch to drill through, while the gas pedal was a pain to screw the bolts to.
