I had the same problem this past weekend, and I think its going away. The first 2 days, the front PDC buzzed forever till I turned it off. But, for the last 2 days, its been pretty normal. I'm gonna wait another week to see if its completely gone, but it looks promising so far. I think I remember someone else saying that the problem went away with time, but too lazy to search.

Personally, I wouldn't let this problem stop you from your project. Its totally worth it!

JD,

Contact drex. He had the same problem. I can't remember how (or even IF) he fixed it. I do know that he had the EXACT situation as you. He's off visiting some family in Florida, so it may be a few hours before he responds, but I know he will... Good luck.

Juan

never fixed it.

haven't had time.

my ground is the JUMP POINT GROUND. large nut at the DRIVER's side. it is the ULTIMATE GROUND POINT in the engine compartment. it is not a BAD GROUND spot.

mine front PDC has gone wacko, and I won't have time to R&R it till the last weekend of the month.....

sorry i can't be of help!

i really don't think a 'bad' grounding point is the cause. something is generating a field that is interfering with the PDC sensors.
