When it rains it pours...what repairs requires disconnect of battery

It's almost 3 in the morning and I just wrapped swapping the alt out.

It was a tough decision as I need to disconnect the battery and ultimately, it was a mission and a half as there is a complete custom stereo system that needed to be undone. 4 amps later, 1 distro box, 1 distro relay, 1 Alpine F1 processor, plenty of cables that needed to be tagged and labeled, screws, false floor, U NAME IT, it had to be gutted piecemeal.

So now that she is all unbuttoned up, running with a new reman alternator, is there anything else I should do as PROACTIVE maint. that would require a disconnect of the battery or anything else.

Luckily no rear air suspension issues or compressor issues YET, but maybe I am jinxing it as I type this.

Hell, at least the CEO can now have the X back so she won't take my car to work ;-)

I'm going to keep her unbuttoned all the way till the weekend but I can't think of any other preventative maint. I should do now that I have her all gutted apart.

Anything fellas
