Brake Job Costs...

2001 X5 4.4--assuming I have the shop replace all four rotors, pads and install new sensors if needed, what should I expect to pay? The work would be done at a local shop, not a dealership. I realize this is a somewhat broad question, but I appreciate any info offered.
Thanks

Depends on your location and the shop. I'd figure approx. $400-500 based on what I paid for the same work with the "family" discount I got.

Martin Motorsports here in Alexandria. You're in Leesburg, it might be worth the drive for you. If you need an estimate over the phone from Gary, call him up- (703)823-9735. He's the owner and HHIC over there, he knows BMWs. I may have lowballed my estimate- when I got my rotors, pads and sensors done, I got Brembo drilled rotors to replace stock, with stock pads. I figured OEM rotors to be cheaper than the Brembos I got, just not too sure about how much difference in price.

Ditto - I'll be going Brembo slotted sports soon. Actually, I don't even need to replace, I just need one pad and one rotor and I'll be good, but I'm taking the X to Gary.
