weathertech

Just got my weather tech protection 3m film for my headlights and fog sets. Had a chance to put them on. Not bad. I will get the pics after the film dries of water. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the film to totally dry?

Also I was curious, say 3 years from now I decide to take the film off because it for some crazy reason, turns yellow. Has anyone here have problems with the aftermath of such protection film that is put on? Is it f-up the plastic lense?
