Any good tire shop for mounting and balancing? I've called six places and they won't even touch 20's.

Did you try Pacific BMW?

Otherwise try Tucker Tire in Covina on Azusa. Get the super balance where they clock the tire on the rim to minimize differences between the rim and tire so that the amount of weights is reduced.
