Question DVD player install revisited

OK, I have the DVD player...

http://www.bluespot.co.uk/stock/dvd_me4.asp

The LCD screens are on the way....

http://www.bluespot.co.uk/stock/screen_3.asp

I've found a UK supplier for the video in motion adaptor.....

http://www.interfaceleads.com/applogic/category/40

...but I'm a little confused as to the input/output harness I need.

On the same page ,

There is.....
000-000-507145 BMW02HAR BMW X5/Mini TV Tuner/A/V Upgrade Harness

or

000-000-1646 BMW02VIDMK2 BMW X5 Enhanced A/V In/Output Interface

Which do I need?
I have a TV tuner installed OEM, along with DSP and NAV.
I would like DVD playback at a minimum in stereo.
Also plan to fit a backup camera at some stage.
My X5 is 2005, with the AV in/out(Mono tv audio in) connectors in the rear passenger fresh air binnacle,
will these still work with the new harness installed?.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.
