I have 2 weeks full warranty on my car left..

Any problems (including rotors, belts, etc) will be fixed free of charge.

Should I go ahead and get the 90,000 scheduled maint? What exactly are they going to do? How much will it cost?

The reason I think I should go get the 90k done is because if they find any problems I can get it fixed free during this period.

If they will do the next maint job for you now, you absolutely should. What would be the down side?

hmmm not sure I understand everything you need but to start with
90k maint is inspection 1: oil, micro filter, full vehicle inspection...yada,yada

as far as belt's and rotors(brakes), thats part of your maintenance and
and is covered under your Maintence" providing you have 100k maintence.

oh I had no idea BMW covers maintence. That's pretty cool.

I got the car from Carmax with Carmax extended warranty (not BMW). Carmax has a policy that states that if anything goes wrong with the car in the first month that they will replace/fix it. This includes all parts on the car.

My car is not yet near 90k but I wanted to take it in early so the dealership could tell me if I need anything replaced and if so I could just tell carmax to fix it.

I just want to make sure everything on the car is perfect before the one month period is over. This is why I was thinking I should go in for the 90k service early. If BMW finds something wrong I will go to carmax and ask them to fix it.

I think it's great how they will replace rotors, belts, etc. if they need replacing. This is why I bought the car from Carmax. A little more expensive than other places but I got a nice used car that I don't need to worry about breaking down and not having the money to fix it.

(the rotors, belts, etc replacing is only for the first month. The extended warranty is just like any other standard warranty so rotors, etc wont be covered)

If you do decide to take it in. Have them look really closely at the water pump which may be on it's last legs, also the CV boots, if they have even the tiniest cracks should be replaced. Has your final stage resistor been replaced? If not, you should notice if your AC fan is oscillating, it too may need replacing?
