Nav Display AR Coating Repair
The Stealer cleaned the interior of the vehicle and wiped the display down with a silicone soaked rag, taking a considerable amount of AR off the display - looks terrible to say the least. Took it back to the dealer and they pleaded ignorance. Since the replacement costs requires that the whole unit be replaced, they refuses to change it out, even under warranty. They did this to both my '05 X5 and my '06 330Cic.

are you sure it wasnt ammonia?
either way when i had the dealer work on my nav and they dented the side trim, i brought it back to complain. Dealer replaced it for free however it took another visit and time out of my schedule to do this... Just because they get this repaired, dont think it doesnt cost you anything
