That's not even made expressly for the X5. To do it right and legally, you need the complete OEM system with auto leveling.

hmm...if you want i gotta conversion kit for h1, 8000k (fogs) but that looks expensive also.

Those things have a 10000K rating, which means they will be less than half as bright as an OEM HID lamp. If you drive at night, you will find it very difficult to see the road with that color lamp compared to a white lamp in the 4300-4500K range (the best range for driving).

Buy an XTec HID kit from umnitza. I bought this for the fogs on my other car and the quality of the kit is very nice and it is also backed by a nice warranty I believe.
