Why does my X5 leak?

Hello All,
Why does my X5 leak?

When I park up after a drive, it seems to leak from the underside of the car -somewhere in the middle?

Not getting any low coolant warnings( coolant is full) so can only presume this is something to do with the aircon? ( which works fine)

Thanks

More than likely from aircon. Air dehumidifies as it passes over the evaporater and this condensation is drained out with an exit that is roughly in the middle of the X5.
