I did fix some typo and edit the list with price.
One thing I had major issue with is finding reasonable price tires, it cost me CAD$1694 for a set of Toyo Proxes S/T including mounting/balancing. From 1010tires.com. Since, down here in BC we got 14.5% tax, and overprice tires, if u have notice, it cost just as much as my rims
