can anyone recommend a dealer for me?

i live in the boston area, tried calling herb chamber of boston to schedule an appointment to lower my rear air suspension on my 2001 x5. anyways, the girl who pick up schedule it for me, then later call me back telling me that they never perform such an act. she discuss this with the service rep and everything. anyone know which service rep to talk too to have this done? (if you had ure x's lower at herb chamber or the surronding area) thank you in advance.

If you're willing to make the drive, go to Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH. I go there and they're great. I've had a few minor issues with them but nothing really bad. I'd give them a shot.
