Has anyone installed an /04 style sport/heated steering wheel??

I am looking to install the new sport, heated steering wheel (as found on the 4.8is) in my 2002 4.4 sport.

Has anyone done this mod? I have swapped wheels before (with the M3 style) without any problems and I'm sure this will fit but I'm just wondering if there are any wiring issues. I see a wiring adapter in the parts catalog and wondered if I would need this part. Is the wiring for the airbag the same??

What about the wiring for the heated function??
