Purchasing an X-5

I found an 01 X5 3.0 with 78000 miles. It has sport, premium, and cold weather packages. It is black with sand interior. They're asking 18k, it has a clean carfax. Is this a good deal?

That sounds pretty good to me; I paid just over $20k for my 2001 3.0 with an extended warranty (asking price w/o ext. warr. was $18.5k) with the same number of miles as the one you're looking at. Mine is pretty loaded with climate, activity, and premium packages, but without navigation. I had looked around before purchasing on cars.com, etc. and in my local area and most of those were in the mid 20s. Maybe others will chime in with thoughts, but that sounds okay to me.
