Fender Flare Installation Question

I received my new fender flares today and I wanted to ask if anyone had any insight/instructions on installing the bottom flares (51-12-7-046-919 & 920) to the vehicle. I did a search but was unable to find out how this is actually done to a non-4.6 X.

I also purchased 51-71-7-051-035 & 036 which is the replacement flare for my OEM running boards which is simply a swap out with the ones that are on there now.

Good luck with the installation. You have to download the pdf file Pete M attached.

Since I already purchased the flares themselves, there is actually a Mounting Kit I needed to order to do the installation which includes the template to drill out the slots, retaining springs to hold the right & left bumper flares, and plastic rivets.

$533 from Morristown BMW who provide excellent pricing & service

Are these not the OEM black plastic flares? Don't all X5's already come with this stock?

Does anybody have the cutout templates to mount the lower bumper flares who no longer needs them? There are none in the country or Germany.
