Way back in late '01, my Stlr "adjusted" the arm
tension. It was a good fix; my blades will only chatter in v. cold weather or, when very worn. I'd rec'd your Stlr take another crack at arm "tension" and make sure the arm is not bent in and positioned properly. GL,mD Edit, PS: I see your X should still be under "Maint"; I'd ask for a new arm with new blade, next...if that doesn't work, something is amiss.

Use "000" steel wool or other cleaning pad and to remove any graphite deposites on the glass, new wipers ship with graphite on them and it will deposit on the glass and make small lines and the blades can catch on them and chatter.
